For years, I found myself stuck in the same painful cycle.
I kept attracting relationships that weren’t aligned with who I was. No matter how hard I worked on myself, happiness always seemed like something I had to fight for, while others appeared to find it with ease.
The truth? I was giving too much of myself away and not loving myself.
Always Fixing Others
As the oldest girl in a family of seven, I grew up with a belief that it was my job to fix and solve everyone else’s problems. That belief followed me into adulthood, where I constantly put other people first.
It left me drained, unfulfilled, and often surrounded by people who needed “fixing.”
My nervous system was in constant overdrive, and I didn’t even know it.
The Turning Point
After years of therapy, codapendent step groups, healing work, and personal growth, I realised something important:
- I didn’t need to work harder.
- I needed to rewire my nervous system & mindset.
- I needed to put myself first and start accepting myself more.
That shift was life-changing. And from it, Project You was born.
What Project You (Self Love Club? Looks Like:
Project You isn’t just a program — it’s a journey of healing, clarity, and self-love. It’s the process I wish I had when I was struggling.
Here’s how it works:
1. Sessions 1–3: Boundaries
Learning how to say “no” to others and “yes” to ourselves.
Reclaiming energy and space.
Making time Fitness – Food all the things.
2. Sessions 4–5: Forgiveness
Releasing old hurts and past mistakes.
Letting go of the weight we’ve been carrying.
3. Sessions 6–7: Vision & Action
Setting bold goals and creating a roadmap forward.
Moving into a future that feels aligned and fulfilling.
The Results
Over the years, I’ve watched Project You change lives.
People have healed long-standing family wounds.
People have stepped away from relationships that no longer served them.
Clients who once felt drained and stuck now feel lighter, clearer, and more fulfilled. With a happier healthier relationship with self.
I know this journey works — because it’s my journey, too.
Living Project You
I used to feel unhappy and unfulfilled, always looking after everyone else and leaving nothing for myself. Today, I live differently.
I prioritise myself — not out of selfishness, but out of wisdom. When I am strong and grounded, I can give to others from a place of love, not exhaustion.
Yes, other people are important in my life. But I’ve learned the hard truth: if I don’t look after myself, nothing else works.
Your Turn
If this resonates with you, I invite you to begin your own Project You.
It’s not just a coaching program — it’s a path to self-love, freedom, and building a life that feels like yours.
Because when you stop trying to fix everyone else and start focusing on yourself, everything changes.
